Welcome, I’m Jennifer Raye. In my medical practice, writing, and teaching, I offer timeless principles from nearly two decades in holistic and integrative health care. I draw on many ancient wisdom traditions and embodiment practices, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Holistic Nutrition, Yoga and somatic studies.
These systems can help us take deep care of ourselves, our communities and the Earth. They also support us in experiencing our body-mind as intimately bound to and deeply interconnected with natural cycles. My forthcoming book with Shambhala Publications (to be released in 2025) explores these rich traditions and how they may serve the collective good at this time.
This website, my clinical practice, retreats, and online classes have become my platform for inspiring you to explore holistic medicine and movement, be your own health advocate, and nurture presence, vitality and happiness.
