Quick Healthy Hummus Recipe
This hummus recipe is quick and easy to whip up.
Ingredients/Directions
- 2 cans of chickpeas/garbanzo beans (or about 2 cups cooked)
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- Juice from 2 squeezed lemons
- 1/4 cup olive oil,
- cumin and sea salt to taste
- Sprinkle of paprika
Blend all ingredients, then add water to reach the desired consistency. Add more tahini, garlic, oil, or seasonings as needed.
