Quick Healthy Hummus Recipe

This hummus recipe is a quick recipe you can whip up in no time.

Ingredients/Directions

  • 2 cans of chickpeas/garbanzo beans (or about 2 cups cooked)
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • Juice from 2 squeezed lemons
  • 1/4 cup olive oil cumin and sea salt to taste
  • Sprinkle of paprika

Blend all ingredients and add water for desired consistency. Add more tahini, garlic, oil, or seasonings as needed.
