I created this course years ago, and I've been updating it and adding to it ever since. Loads of students have graduated from the course and I'm truly honoured to say that countless students have written me to say how much it has helped them develop their practice and teaching of yin yoga (see some of what they say here).
I've been busy at work these last few months completely re-vamping Mindful Yin Yoga Online to make it even better. I've added a bunch of new material, videos, and practices.
