60 min. Yin Yoga and Meditation Class

blog post 60 min mindful yin yoga meditation class jennifer raye

Please enjoy this 60-minute mindful yin yoga and meditation class.

During yin yoga, we hold postures for longer periods in a very passive, receptive way. This targets specific tissues, increases blood flow, and promotes greater mobility. In this class, we also employ a slower, more gentle approach to encourage internal awareness through mindful practices, such as mindfulness of the body and breath.

I hope you enjoyed the practice!
