Mindful Yoga and Meditation Retreat

A weekend of rejuvenation, relaxation, and insight.
Every day includes yoga and meditation classes, workshops, free time to rest or be outside, and beautiful nourishing meals.

MINDFUL YOGA AND MEDITATION
This retreat combines the practices of active (alignment based and therapeutic) and gentle (Yin and Restorative) yoga, meditation, inner contemplation, and time spent in nature. Beyond the scheduled yoga and meditation classes retreat attendees are welcome to use the beautiful practice room, as well as explore the property, sauna, and healing treatments the centre offers.
All yoga props are provided.
ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL SALT SPRING ISLAND CENTRE OF YOGA
We'll be staying at the beautiful Salt Spring Centre of Yoga on Salt Spring Island BC. Just a short ferry from Victoria BC this location offers a serene and supportive setting. The Centre’s studio buildings are sit amid 70 acres of meadows, forest and organic gardens. They are the longest running yoga retreat centre on Canada’s West Coast and they are a sister school to Mount Madonna Center in California.

The Salt Spring Centre provides nutritious meals with many of their ingredients organically grown and from their own farm.
WELLNESS CENTRE TREATMENTS AND SAUNA
Enjoy renewing body treatments from the Wellness Centre, located in the Garden House on the grounds of the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. Their goal is to nurture, strengthen and support your journey in wellness care by offering a sanctuary of healing. Ayurveda, India’s ancient science of life and health, integrates body, mind and spirit, restoring balance, harmony and peace of mind. Trained bodywork & Ayurvedic practitioners offer relaxing and rejuvenating sessions.
LICENSED TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER AND E-RYT 500 MINDFUL YOGA AND MEDITATION TEACHER JENNIFER RAYE
Jennifer has been offering various forms of healing work since 2003. She has her doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and her offerings include acupuncture, herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, yoga therapy and mindfulness meditation instruction.
With over a decade of serious training, practice, and teaching within the yoga, mindfulness, and health and wellness communities Jennifer brings a rare depth of knowledge, presence, and dedication to her students and classes. She currently teaches in a variety of contexts including Pacific Rim College of Integrative Medicine, international retreats, and various advanced yoga teacher trainings.
Jenn loves working with clients and students who are ready to take their practice and life to the next level. Those who work with Jennifer appreciate the warm container she provides which allows one to dive deeply into physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

HOW TO PAY?
- Pay the full amount now online (use the buttons below to choose your option, $250 of your total amount is non-refundable)
- OR Pay your $250 non-refundable deposit now online and the remainder through email transfer, cash or cheque before May 1st 2018

Booking Options (includes classes, meals, and accommodation):
1) Private Single Room - SOLD OUT (please inquire to be put on waitlist)
2) Shared Room (2-3 people) - $598 CAD per person (choose this option if you're alone or if you want to share a room with someone specific)
4) Camping - $410 CAD per person
5) Pay DEPOSIT now and pay your remainder (for which accommodation option you choose) 30 days before event starts.
Most requests for specific roommates will be accommodated. Please specify the details of your request at the time of booking.
Minimum $250 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Reservations must be paid in full no later than May 1st 2018. For cancellations before April 1st 2018 a full refund is issued minus the $250 deposit. After April 1st 2018 no refunds can be issued but space is transferable to a new participant.
