In Daoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the three treasures of Jing (essence), Qi (energy), and Shen (spirit) are revered as subtle centers of vitality, resilience and inner balance.
During our time, we’ll practice yoga postures, therapeutic somatic movement, meditation, acupressure, and breathwork to support the Three Treasures and therefore nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and a deeper connection to our innermost resources.
Jennifer will also be available for questions and book signing of her new book, Wisdom of the Earth, Wisdom of the Body!

As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, an experienced E-RYT500 yoga and meditation teacher, and a published mindfulness author, Jennifer Raye offers practices that are integrative, therapeutic, and focused on the individual needs of students.
With over 18 years of experience in holistic health, she draws on in-depth, long-term studies of anatomy, bodywork, therapeutic movement, Buddhist contemplative practices, Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda.
