Holistic health, yoga and nutrition expert Jennifer Raye has been offering various forms of healing work since 2003. She has her doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and her offerings include acupuncture, herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, yoga therapy and meditation. Her teachers have included Jennifer and John Welwood, Tias and Surya Little, Sarah Powers and Buddhist teachers Thanissara and Kittisaro.
With over a decade of serious training, practice, and teaching within the yoga, Buddhist mindfulness, and psycho-spiritual inquiry communities Jennifer brings a depth of knowledge, presence and dedication to her students and classes rarely found. She maintains a private medical practice and has been faculty at a number of educational institutions including Pacific Rim College of Integrative Medicine. She currently teaches advanced yoga therapy and yoga teacher trainees in addition to a number of ongoing classes, mentorships, and international retreats related to yoga, cleansing, nutrition, psychology and mindfulness.
Jenn loves working with clients and students who are ready to take their practice and life to the next level. Those who work with Jennifer appreciate the warm container she provides which allows one to dive deeply into physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
Complete Online Program
Calm and Renew is laid out in six main modules released over two months. After registration you will have access the members area. Every two weeks you will receive an email keeping you on track and reminding you to log in to the next membership level of training. The course is released over two months but you are free to move through the material at your own pace. All modules will be available to you for six months.
This program is not right for everyone. I really want to see you investing in something that you will benefit from. This program may not be right for you if you don’t want to change your diet, you can’t invest at least 3 hours a week to the program, or you don’t believe in your capacity for healing.
What is Included?
Within the membership area lessons are broken into videos, audio, readings, and worksheets. The program includes a full yoga and meditation program with full length practice videos and audios, group coaching calls, video and audio lessons, a food and progress journal to track your results, and links and resources to stay focused and inspired after the program is finished.
I believe so strongly in the tools I offer through this program that if you find that after completing all course work you still have not seen change in your life and health I will be happy to offer you a full refund.

How will course content be delivered?
The online course Calm and Renew is laid out in six main modules released over two months. After registration you will be asked to create a username and password in order to access the members area. Every two weeks you will receive an email keeping you on track and reminding you to log in to access the next membership level of training.
Throughout the training you are welcome to return to previous modules. The course is released over two months but you are free to move through the material at your own pace. All modules will be available for you to return to after your initial program is completed for the continued lifetime of the program.
What kind of time commitment is required?
If you would like to get the most of the training I suggest allotting at least one hour a day for yoga and meditation practice and about two extra hours during the week to complete the rest of the videos and exercises. Because the modules will be available to you for six month there is no need to feel rushed and you are free to move at your own pace.
Will there be support as I move through the program?
Support is available regarding the course material through live coaching calls. I highly encourage participants to engage at this level to get the most out of the training and so that answers and insights can be shared with the group. Additional support is also available through email.
