One of the areas of the body I've personally worked with has been my upper back and shoulders. And I know I'm not the only one. That's why I made this quick shoulder yoga video.
Many people suffer from chronic tension in this area. The upper back can get stagnant with computer work and the accumulation of tension and stress. But with a few simple movements much of that tension can be alleviated.
