Financial Policy
Before purchasing any events with Jennifer Raye Health, please review our refund/cancellation policy.
- A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit or full payment is due at registration.
- If you place a retreat deposit, the remaining balance is due before the event.
- For shorter retreats (4 days or less), final payment is due 45 days before the event.
- For longer retreats (5 days or more), final payment is due in two instalments. The first instalment is due 120 days before the retreat, and the final instalment is due 60 days before the retreat.
- For retreats, training, and events lasting more than two days, cancellations must be made before final payments have been made to receive a credit for any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.
- For classes and events less than two days, cancellations 14 days or more before the start of the event receive a credit of any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.
- All online class and course sales, as well as retail sales, are final.
- Account credits can only be used for events hosted by Jennifer Raye Health (not at hosting studios) and must be used within one year.
