Financial Policy

Before purchasing any events with Jennifer Raye Health, please review our refund/cancellation policy.

  • A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit or full payment is due at registration.
  • If you place a deposit, the remaining balance is due 45 days before the event.
  • For events less than two days, cancellations 14 days or more before the start of the event receive a credit of any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.
  • For retreats, training, and events lasting more than two days, cancellations must be made 45 days before the start of the event to receive a credit on any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.
  • All online class and course sales, as well as retail sales, are final.
  • Account credits can only be used for events hosted by Jennifer Raye Health (not at hosting studios) and must be used within one year.
