Yummy Sweet Fries

Eating whole foods doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it can be the simplest thing in the world! I like choosing just one vegetable and experimenting with a few spices and herbs.

Following is a simple recipe for sweet potato fries. Feel free to switch up the spices and get creative. Enjoy!

Sweet Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 yams peeled and cut into strips
  • cayenne pepper
  • sea salt

Instructions:

  • Toss sweet potato in olive or coconut oil
  • Place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with seasonings
  • Bake at 400°F 45-60 min. tossing occasionally
