10 min Gentle Morning Yoga Wake Up

blog post 10 min gentle morning yoga wake up jennifer raye

Good morning! Start your day with mindful movement!

This 10-minute gentle morning yoga practice is an ideal way to start your day or anytime. It’s a gentle, well-rounded class suitable for most students.

Remember – 10 min of practice is better than nothing!! 😉

Sometimes it can be challenging to keep up a daily home practice because we make it too complicated. Especially if you don’t have a regular home practice, I encourage you to start with just 10 or 15 minutes. In that case, you could use this practice when you want to be guided through a sequence. Oftentimes, folks want to do a little more once they’re on the mat.

If you enjoyed the class, please consider sharing it with friends and loved ones.
