10 min Gentle Morning Yoga Wake Up

blog post 10 min gentle morning yoga wake up jennifer raye

Good morning! Start your day with mindful movement!

This 10-minute gentle morning yoga practice is a great practice for a quick wake-up in the morning or any time of day. It’s a gentle and well-rounded class that is suitable for most students.

Remember – 10 min of practice is better than nothing!! 😉

Sometimes it can be challenging to keep up a daily home practice because we make it too complicated. Especially if you don’t have much of a home practice – I’d like to encourage you to aim for just 10 or 15 min to start. In that case, you could use this practice when you just want to be guided through a sequence. Oftentimes folks want to do a little more once they’re on the mat.

If you enjoyed the class please consider sharing it with friends and loved ones.
