- How to apply five-element, yin yang, Qi, blood, and essence theory

I have some questions about the training.
Please reach out to email@example.com with any questions you have. We'd love to help!
How long is the training?
Depending on the needs of the group or studio, trainings are either 15, 20, or 30 hours. Trainings are typically spread out over the course of 1 or 2 weekends. Please refer to the schedule above for exact dates and details.
I'm not a yoga teacher / I don't want to teach. Is this course right for me?
Yes! This course can be counted for teacher training, but its also a great weekend for new yoga students and for those interested in personal practice and study.
Do I get Yoga Alliance Credit and is this a teacher training?
Yes! These courses/hours can be counted towards yoga teacher training with the yoga alliance.
How are these courses different than Jennifer's online courses?
Jennifer's online courses are based on her in-person training modules. The biggest difference is of course, that the in-person training gives you the opportunity to work with Jennifer in person. This could involve questions, discussion, and hands on work. The in-person training also contains a more comprehensive manual and a reading list.
Once you complete the in-person training you get a discount for the online training. And, if you've completed the online training you receive a discount for the in-person training.
What are the hours of the training?
Generally, trainings start Friday evening (around 5 or 6pm to 8 or 9pm) and run Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm. This varies depending on location, so if exact times are needed before registration please clarify with us.
What is yin yoga?
Yin Yoga is a gentle style of yoga practice that activates the connective tissues of the body in order to open restrictions physically and energetically. Using passive longer held postures the tissues of the body become more flexible and the energetic channels open. Read more about yin yoga on the blog.
How can I host Jennifer for a training at my studio?
We would be happy to discuss whether the Mindful Yin Yoga Intensives are a good fit for your studio and community. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry and we will respond as soon as we can!
