A non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit or full payment is due at the time of registration.

If a deposit was placed, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

For events less than 2 days – cancelations 14 days or more prior to the start of the event receive a credit on any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.

For longer retreats and events of more than 2 days – cancelations must be made 30 days prior to the start of the event to receive a credit on any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.

No refunds or credits within 14 days of any event.

All weekly series class sales and retail sales are final.

Account credits can only be used for events with Jennifer Raye Health directly (not hosting studios) and must be used within one year.
