Yin Yoga Posture Basics :: Legs up the Wall

Legs up the wall is very revitalizing for the lower body. It is also very calming for the nervous system.

Sit against the wall, then swing your legs up. Weight your sacrum towards the floor and rest your buttocks up against wall. Keep your chin the same height as your forehead. Rest as long as you can allowing fluids to drain out of the legs.
