A weekend of yoga and cleansing on the beautiful west coast.


Go through a guided process of cleansing and renewal. This retreat involves 1 day of juice cleansing and 2 days of beautiful nourishing meals to transition between the juicing. Retreat days are complemented with daily mindful yoga and meditation, breath work, and classes related to holistic nutrition, cleansing, and mindfulness in nature.

Combining yoga and cleansing with the guidance of a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner and teacher allows for a deep and supported experience.

We will be practicing morning and evening mindfulness meditation and yoga in the yin, hatha, and restorative yoga traditions. All practices will be accessible for all ages, levels and abilities. Beyond our daily yoga and meditation we will also be offering additional classes and workshops related to cleansing and nature based mindfulness.

Friday night begins with a healthy group meal and evening yoga practice. Saturday we will be juice cleansing with nourishing nutrient dense juices and herbs. After the day of juicing we will guide you in transitioning back into a regular diet.

Retreat is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy space alone and enjoy time connecting with other like minded participants. Participants often find the retreat container helps to deepen relationships and supports healthy and nourishing ways of meeting others.


Jennifer Raye R.TCMP, E-RYT 500

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, E-RYT 500 Mindful Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Holistic Nutritionist

Jennifer has her doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has been practicing and offering various forms of healing work since 2003 including acupuncture, holistic nutrition, food therapy, eastern and western herbology, yoga therapy, aromatherapy, and multiple forms of energy work. She maintains a private medical practice in Victoria BC, has been faculty in the Holistic Nutrition program at Pacific Rim College of Integrative Medicine and has worked internationally with the Acupuncture Relief Project.

Jennifer has also completed several advanced multi-year trainings and has sat numerous retreats learning to integrate psychology and Buddhist philosophy and practice into her teaching. Jennifer is currently serving as faculty on the Ajna Yoga Therapy teacher training program in addition to offering classes, workshops, and retreats for all levels.

Jenn loves working with clients and students who are ready to take their health and practice to the next level. Those who work with Jennifer appreciate the warm container she provides which allows one to dive deeply into physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

Alysha Jones, RN, MSc

As a registered nurse and eco-therapy practitioner, Alysha is deeply passionate about the transformative and healing potential of connecting deeply with nature. Alysha completed a Master's degree in Holistic Science (Ecopsychology) from Schumacher College in Devon, England. She currently studies and practices eco-depth and ecopsychology with leading practitioners in these fields. She has been facilitating nature connection programs for the past 4 years.
