Join Jennifer for a weekend of rejuvenation, relaxation, and insight. Taking time for retreat is an invaluable practice that helps us stay connected to ourselves amid the busyness. Retreat time supports us in slowing down and deepening on the path of yoga.
During our time on retreat, we’ll explore daily yoga and meditation (alignment based, therapeutic, yin and restorative), somatic movement, inner contemplation, time spent in nature, free time to rest, and beautiful nourishing meals. The centre provides nutritious meals with many of their ingredients organically grown and from their own farm.
We'll be staying at the beautiful Salt Spring Centre of Yoga on Salt Spring Island BC. A short ferry from Victoria BC, this location offers a serene and supportive setting. The Centre’s studio buildings sit amid 70 acres of meadows, forest, and organic gardens. They are the longest running yoga retreat centre on Canada’s West Coast and they are a sister school to Mount Madonna Center in California.
Beyond the scheduled classes retreat attendees are also welcome to explore the property and healing treatments the centre offers, and are welcome to use the sauna and practice room.
BOOKING OPTIONS (includes all classes, meals, and accommodation):
1) Private Single Room - $695 CAD
2) Shared Room (2-3 people per room) - $595 CAD per person (choose this option if you want to share a room with someone specific or if you’re alone and want a share room)
3) Camping (access to full inside amenities ex.showers) - $410 CAD per person

LICENSED TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER AND E-RYT 500 MINDFUL YOGA AND MEDITATION TEACHER JENNIFER RAYE
Jennifer has been offering various forms of healing work since 2003. She has her doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and her offerings include acupuncture, herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness meditation instruction.
With over a decade of serious training, practice, and teaching within the yoga, mindfulness, and health and wellness communities Jennifer brings a rare depth of knowledge, presence, and dedication to her students and classes. She currently teaches in a variety of contexts including Pacific Rim College of Integrative Medicine, international retreats, and various advanced yoga teacher trainings.
Those who work with Jennifer appreciate the warm container she provides which allows one to dive deeply into physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
