Retreat includes all meals, accommodations, transfer to/from airport, daily yoga/meditation classes and workshops at our private villa on the beach.
DETAILS AND RETREAT ACTIVITIES
Yoga practices include active (alignment based and therapeutic) and gentle (Yin and Restorative) yoga and meditation.
Beyond the scheduled yoga and meditation classes, retreat attendees are welcome to use the beautiful property and pool. Our private villa is right on the beach so long walks and dipping in the ocean are also highly recommended!!
The unique and artsy town of Todos Santos is a very close drive away. You’ll have the opportunity to explore town, do some shopping, or enjoy the cafes and art galleries.
All our delicious meals are provided by our private chefs and food sensitivities can be accommodated. The surrounding area is full of organic farms and much of what we’ll be eating is local and organic.
LICENSED TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER AND E-RYT 500 MINDFUL YOGA AND MEDITATION TEACHER JENNIFER RAYE
Jennifer has been offering various forms of healing work since 2003. She has her doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and her offerings include acupuncture, herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, yoga therapy and mindfulness meditation instruction.
With over a decade of serious training, practice, and teaching within the yoga, mindfulness, and health and wellness communities Jennifer brings a rare depth of knowledge, presence, and dedication to her students and classes. She currently teaches in a variety of contexts including Pacific Rim College of Integrative Medicine, international retreats, and various advanced yoga teacher trainings.
Jenn loves working with clients and students who are ready to take their practice and life to the next level. Those who work with Jennifer appreciate the warm container she provides which allows one to dive deeply into physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
7:30-9am - Morning Yoga and Meditation
9am - Breakfast
10am-12:30pm - Workshops/Optional group trips
12:30pm - Lunch
12:30-6 - Free time (Beach/pool, trip to town etc.)
6:00pm - Dinner
7:30pm-9:30pm - Evening Yoga and Meditation

Pay your $250 non-refundable deposit now (below) and the remainder before Jan.15th 2019

1) Queen Private room (with private bathroom) - room with Queen bed (share a queen bed with a friend/partner/family member) - $1100 each
2) Single Private room (with private bathroom) - $1750
3) Shared Room (with bathroom) - $1300
PAY DEPOSIT (after you pay your deposit please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which type of room you would like to reserve)
Minimum $250 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Reservations must be paid in full no later than Jan.15th 2019. For cancellations before Jan. 1st 2019 a full refund is issued minus the $250 deposit. After Jan. 1st 2019 no refunds can be issued but space is transferable to a new participant.
