A quick note to tell you about this opportunity for practice.
At our private beach front villa you'll enjoy daily practices of yoga, meditation, and self reflection. Replenish your energy and take this time to slow down. You'll also have plenty of time to watch the waves, go for long walks, enjoy the sun, read a good book, or simply rest.
Healthy, nourishing meals will be served to our group by our private chef and staff.
Yoga practices will include dynamic morning sessions specifically geared towards the needs of the participants attending. Evening sessions will explore slower movement, restorative practices, meditation, and breath work. Plus - there will be optional health and nutrition workshops on some of the afternoons, and some optional group activities.
I'm keeping this retreat intimate - it will fill quickly!

Rates are all inclusive (airport transfer to/from our villa, all meals, classes, and accommodations). All prices are in Canadian dollars. EARLY BIRD RATES go up Dec.1st so get in now and secure the lower rate.
