Spring is a time when we can start again in many ways. As the natural world starts to awaken after hibernation, we also have the opportunity to shake off the heaviness of winter.
You can use Self Care for Spring as a little guide for seasonal support during this season.

Self Care for Spring
When you sign up you'll receive a daily email from me for 7 days and practices I made just for the Self Care for Spring group. Practices include video yoga practices, audio meditations, and suggestions for attuning to the season using self care and nutrition.
