Fresh vegetable and fruit smoothies are the perfect thing for spring days! They are detoxifying and full of vitamins and enzymes.

Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 leaf of kale

  • 1 small cucumber

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Fresh mint, parsley and ginger

  • Lime juice

  • Water as needed
